Carrollton Township Resident Enrollment Procedures

Residents of Carrollton Township may apply to register their students at any time during the school year.  A parent is required to be present when enrolling students. Please see below to print hard-copy forms, or click HERE for online electronic enrollment.

The School of Choice Enrollment Process for the 2024-2025 School Year

Carrollton Learning Centers (Childcare & Preschool) Enrollment Procedures

We accept applications for Infant & Toddler programming, Tuition Preschool & Childcare, and GSRP Preschool.

Submit an interest form HERE or call 989-754-0381 to see what program your child qualifies for!

When you return your forms, please also bring with you the following information:

1. Immunization records

2. Proof of residency–2 pieces (Driver's license, voter registration, consumers bill, water bill, lease agreement, purchase agreement, mortgage, property taxes)

3. Proof of income ( a month's worth for the entire family)

4. Copy of the Birth certificate
