Fight germs Wash your hands, thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose. Manage stress The holidays can be stressful, so try to find healthy ways to reduce stress levels. Dress warm Wear appropriate outdoor clothing: light, warm layers, gloves, hats, and boots. Health & wellness Holiday break is a great time for health appointments.
