Stay active Try to be active for at least one hour a day. Get enough sleep Getting enough sleep is important for all ages, especially for children. Fight germs Wash your hands, thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose. Manage stress The holidays can be stressful, so try to find healthy ways to reduce stress levels. Dress warm Wear appropriate outdoor clothing: light, warm layers, gloves, hats, and boots. Health & wellness Holiday break is a great time for health appointments.

Tickets: (include dinner & show) $15/adult $10 kids (age 3 - 10) (under 3 free) Doors open at 5:45pm dinner begins at 6:00 Show will follow the meal (around 6:30) Dinner will be pasta and salad, with Christmas cookies for you to decorate
