All students who attend Carrollton Schools receive free breakfast and lunch thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. The only thing a parent needs to do to make sure that we continue to qualify for the CEP program is to complete the household survey each school year. The household survey was in each student’s back-to-school packet, but many families have not completed it yet.
We need everyone to fill out the household survey as soon as possible. Since we need to report how many students would qualify for free or reduced lunch through the household survey, this survey is very important. Unfortunately, without it, our district could lose funding that helps pay for positions that support our students everyday, like interventionists, social workers, counselors, and nurses.
If you have not done so already, you can complete the household survey in Skyward under "Student Registration 24-25 --- Food Service Application" or pick up a copy from your school office. Important: Be sure to complete the whole survey, and please don’t select "I do not qualify for benefits." If you need help, your building secretary can assist you.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter! If you have already completed this form, THANK YOU! Your support helps us make sure we have the resources needed for all of our students to succeed.
