Cavalier Families, We Need Your Help! 

Did you know that taking just a few minutes to complete the Education Benefits Form can make a BIG difference for every student at Carrollton Public Schools?

All Carrollton students receive FREE breakfast and lunch every day through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. However, even though meals are free for everyone, we still need all enrolled families to complete the Education Benefits Form to help our district receive important funding.

❤️ Why Does This Form Matter?

It's about so much more than school meals!

The information collected through this form helps Carrollton Public Schools receive funding for the people, programs, and resources that support our students every day, including:

  • Classroom Resources: Books, technology, and learning supplies.

  • Student Support: Social workers, counselors, nurses, and other caring staff who help students succeed.

  • Extra Academic Help: Interventionists and programs that give students additional support when they need it.

  • Student Opportunities: After-school activities and other programs that help students learn and grow.

  • Teacher Training: Professional development that helps our educators provide the best possible learning experiences.

Without enough completed forms, our district could miss out on important funding that supports these services for ALL students.

📝 Three Easy Ways to Complete the Form

1. Online Through Skyward

  • Log in to Skyward Family Access.

  • Navigate to the Food Service tab on the left and select the Applications option at the top:

  • You will then be given an option to add Education Benefit Form:

2. Fillable PDF

Complete the Education Benefits Form that was emailed to all families and email it to abierlein@gocavs.net or lbryce@gocavs.net.

3. Paper Copy

Pick up a form at your child's school office. Complete it and return it to the office or send it back with your child.

Please complete the entire form with accurate information. If you are unsure whether your family qualifies or need help completing the form, your building secretary will be happy to assist you.
