Here is a friendly reminder. The Y5 and KDG drive through will be from 9-10 am. We can't wait to celebrate with you and the kids.

Attention all 3rd-5th grade families.
In preparation for the 3rd through 5th grade awards ceremonies tomorrow, please read the following. We are looking forward to celebrating these great kids with you!!!
Times:
-3rd/4th grade ceremonies: Doors open at 12:00 and the ceremony starts at 12:30.
-5th grade ceremony: Doors open at 1:30 and the ceremony starts at 1:45.
-Students must return to their classroom at the end of the ceremony.
-Everyone will enter through the Cavalier Center Doors located in the front of the building.
-Parking is available at the LCLC across the street and in the main parking lot on the side of the elementary school.
-Families will only be allowed in the gym during their visit.
-Please do not bring balloons. They block others' views and can get caught in our ventilation system.

Yesterday afternoon the Girls on the Run group had their practice 5K Run. The coaches want to thank all the parent volunteer runny buddies, Anna Zuraw, Laura Kelly and her cross country team for joining the team for a great practice run. The weather was perfect and everyone completed their run!!!

Proud Cavalier moment! We are so excited to announce that Mrs. Card has been selected by Michigan Alpha Delta Kappa as their 2022 Excellence in Education award winner. There is no question how deserving she is of this because she goes above and beyond every day to make sure her special education students are happy and successful at school. Congratulations!

Here is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is a half day. Our Kind Cavaliers will be dismissed at 11:30 and there is no transportation to the Boys and Girls Club. Please remind the kids, Mrs. Coates is drawing names for the book vending machine first thing in the morning. :)

Our theater department is at it again, and we couldn't be happier. Coming to the CES stage in May is the production of Disney's Frozen!
This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is a half day for CES. Students will be dismissed at 11:30. There is no Boys and Girls Club transportation since they do not open until 3:00. The Sylvan bus is running and those students should be picked up at Sylvan at 1:00.
