In honor of Fur Baby February, the Carrollton High School Chapter of the National Honor Society is sponsoring the Saginaw County Animal Care & Control shelter. Currently, the shelter is in need of "milk bone" style treats, blankets, towels, and financial donations. (Any blanket or throw is fine, but PLEASE no sheets or comforters.) All donations can be dropped off at the CHS Main Office. As an added bonus, Ofc. Kyle Kaylor, our School Resource Officer, has offered to match funds up to $1000 on all financial donations! If you have any questions about how you can help, please contact Sheila Becker, NHS Advisor at Sbecker@gocavs.net. #everyCAVeveryday

To better understand the experience of the students and families of Carrollton Public Schools, we are sharing a perception survey and ask that you please take a few moments to complete it before 2/9/24. Your feedback on this survey will help us to decide priorities and goals for the district as we continue to work to make Carrollton Public Schools a place where students excel in a safe and nurturing environment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your student’s school office. We appreciate your feedback, and you taking the time to complete the survey! Note: If you have multiple students attending various buildings, you may receive the survey from more than one building. Please complete the survey one time for each building in which you have a student attending. For example, if you have two students attending Carrollton Elementary School and one attending Carrollton Middle School, we ask that you complete the Carrollton Elementary building perception survey once, and the Carrollton Middle School building perception survey once. Links to the Family Perception Survey for each building can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oHsqW1JCQkkIzFG91DXPP8m5LeDuOgMN/view?usp=sharing

Carrollton High School is excited to invite parents and seniors to our upcoming FSA ID workshop on January 25th, from 10am to 2pm! This workshop is designed to help you create the required ID in order to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Both students completing the FAFSA and their parents/guardians will need an FSA ID because students are required to have a parent or guardian electronically sign the FAFSA using an FSA ID. The FSA IDs must be created at least two weeks before a student completes and signs the FAFSA form. Note: Anyone who will be creating an FSA ID will need to have their social security number with them to complete the process. Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to set the foundation for your educational journey! Mark your calendars for January 25th and plan to stop in to Carrollton High School between 10am and 2pm. ❤️🤍🖤 #everyCAVeveryday
