🎉 Congratulations to Bridge Builder Award recipient, Meagan Baranek! 🎉

Meagan Baranek, CES systems coach and instructional coach, was awarded the Bridge Builder Award at February’s board meeting for being an outstanding educator, lifelong learner, and true team player.

Ms. Baranek supports kindergarten–5th grade teachers every single day. Her work lives at the heart of student growth. Ms. Baranek leads with curiosity, asks thoughtful questions, leans into meaningful conversations, studies data with purpose, and listens deeply—all while keeping one guiding question front and center: What is best for learners? She embraces complexity and turns challenges into opportunities—for teachers and students alike.
